The Secret of Power and Fitness – Exercise of 30%, 70% of the diet
It is not something unheard of in the journals of most fitness infomercials, advertising, or regard to food and fitness. If not, then you better meet your diet if you want to look down. A diet should not mean suffering. A diet should be delicious. A diet should be filled. A diet should be nutritious. A plan must be made from whole foods. A diet should have fiber.
Remember that the word diet refers to a short term solution as to how many of us choose to use the word. Diet simply refers to the way you eat.
Here are some simple tips to help you get started in a permanent change in the way of eating:
1. Drink 3 liters of water a day – which means that less consume soft drinks and juices that are a source of empty calories and gaining weight sugar
2. Eating protein and leafy vegetables for dinner – in other words, eating carbohydrates during the day, not at night
4. Do not eat late – your metabolism slows down naturally by the end of the day, if you eat later, is more likely that food is stored as fat
5. Eat whole foods – that is, not processed foods (eat vegetables, meats, whole grain breads, fruits and nuts for snacks)
If you follow these simple rules, you begin to notice a big change in their levels of body fat before.
1. Body weight exercise – choose some exercises that let you work your entire body and easy start. List Example Exercise: Push-ups, cracks, crunches, push-ups
2. To start with cardio walking, especially if you’ve been inactive for some time. Walk to work if you can. The demand whenever possible.
