    4. Do not eat late – your metabolism slows down naturally by the end of the day, if you eat later, is more likely that food is stored as fat
    5. Eat whole foods – that is, not processed foods (eat vegetables, meats, whole grain breads, fruits and nuts for snacks)

    If you follow these simple rules, you begin to notice a big change in their levels of body fat before.

    1. Body weight exercise – choose some exercises that let you work your entire body and easy start. List Example Exercise: Push-ups, cracks, crunches, push-ups

    2. To start with cardio walking, especially if you’ve been inactive for some time. Walk to work if you can. The demand whenever possible.
